Medical Instruction for Others Embassy Visa Applicant
For other embassies who are not included with us, you can visit or contact us for your medical checkup. We will do the needful according to the rules and regulations of your concerned ministry. Please visit our office or contact us by phone. Our representative will be glad to guide you according to your needs.
Prior the Examination Following Documents are Required
- Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set).
- Two (2) passport size recent photos with white background.
Medical Examination Fees:
- Ireland: BDT 8500/-
- Poland: BDT 8500/-
- Portugal: BDT 8500/-
- Republic of Nauru: BDT 8500/-
- Taiwan: BDT 8500/-
- Germany: BDT 8500/-
What to expect at IME:
- Discussion of medical records / prescriptions / medical history with delegated staff / PP.
- Full physical examination requiring undressing to underwear but clinic gowns & chaperon will be provided.
Advice:
- Please bring glasses/lenses and any prescription/previous medical records.
- Women are advised not to do medicals in the menstruation period.
- Please bring COVID-19 (Corona) vaccination certificate (if available).
The result of the examination will be handed over to the applicant directly by the panel physician in an envelope after completion of all required tests.
You can visit our clinic from Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do not bring:
- Mobile phones or electronic devices to examination rooms
- Jewelry or metal accessories (interferes with imaging)
- Original documents (bring certified copies instead)
- Valuable items or large bags
Keep original documents in a safe place. Bring government-issued ID and any previous medical reports.
When Do I Get the Report?
Processing time: 3-5 business days
Your medical examination report will be processed and made available through your preferred delivery method:
- Email delivery (soft copy)
- In-person pickup at our office
