Canadian Embassy Visa Applicant

For citizenship and immigration to Canada, the immigrants, and some visitors (Students) need to undergo a medical examination before receiving a visa. Green Crescent Health Services and Dr. Lina Shahnaz Parveen Hoq is lawfully authorized by the CIC and the Canadian High Commission, Dhaka, Bangladesh to conduct health screening for the students, immigrants, and nonimmigrants seeking Canadian visas for Bangladesh citizens.

1. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set).
2. Medical referral letter / Appointment letter from IRC (if available) along with a photocopy (1 set).

Medical Examination Fees:

• Adults per person: BDT 8000/-
• Child with X-ray: BDT 5000/-
• Child without X-ray: BDT 4500/-

What to expect at IME:

• Discussion of medical records / prescriptions / medical history with delegated staff / PP.
• Full physical examination requiring undressing to underwear but clinic gowns & chaperon will be provided.

Advice:

• Please bring glasses/lenses and any prescription/previous medical records.
• Women are advised not to do medicals in the menstruation period.
• No need to come on an empty stomach.
• Whole procedure may take 30–45 minutes.
• Please bring COVID-19 (Corona) vaccination certificate (if available).
• Please bring chest X-ray films (if available).
• Please do not come to the clinic if you have fever or conjunctivitis.

You can visit our clinic from Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All e-Medical reports will be submitted by the panel physician to the concerned health departments after completion of all required tests.
