Australian Embassy Visa Applicant

Medical examinations should be conducted before the immigrant visa interview. Green Crescent Health Services and Dr. Lina Shahnaz Parveen Hoq is lawfully authorized by the Australian High Commission, Dhaka, Bangladesh and the immigration service of Australia to conduct health screening for students, immigrants, and nonimmigrant Bangladesh citizens seeking Australian visas.

1. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set).
2. Recent passport size photos with white background (2 copies).
3. HAP ID (Health Assessment Portal ID) from the Australian immigration portal.
4. Please bring your local address and contact number.

What to expect at IME:

• Discussion of medical records / prescriptions / medical history with delegated staff / PP.
• Full physical examination requiring undressing to underwear but clinic gowns & chaperon will be provided.
• Chest X-ray and blood tests as required.

Advice:

• Please bring glasses/lenses and any prescription/previous medical records.
• Women are advised not to do medicals in the menstruation period.
• Please bring COVID-19 (Corona) vaccination certificate (if available).

You can visit our clinic from Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All e-Medical reports will be submitted directly to the Australian immigration health authority after completion of all required tests.
