GHC Medical Instruction

Medical examination should be conducted before the immigrant visa interview. Green Crescent Health Services and their doctors are lawfully authorized by the GCC embassies, Dhaka, Bangladesh and immigration service to conduct health screening for the expatriates seeking visa for GCC States (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Kuwait, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Oman, State of Bahrain and UAE).

1. Referral letter or Printed medical slip from GCC website (1 set).
2. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set).
3. Five (5) passport size recent photos for medical purpose only.
4. For Kuwait bound passengers, please bring visa copy (1 set).

Medical Examination Fee:

• Per person: BDT 4500/- (if age less than 40 years)
• Per child under 11 years: BDT 2400/-
• Age 12–14 years: BDT 3500/-

You can visit our clinic from Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM without any appointment.
