GHC Guide Line

Please follow these important guidelines before and during your GCC medical examination at AL-ZAYAN MEDICAL CENTER:

• Do not eat for at least 8 hours before your appointment (fasting required for blood tests).
• Bring all documents listed in the requirements — incomplete paperwork will delay your examination.
• Arrive on time — late arrivals may need to reschedule.
• Dress appropriately — wear simple, easily removable clothing for the physical examination.
• Inform the staff if you are pregnant or have any chronic medical conditions.
• No jewelry or large bags should be brought on the examination day.
• Women are advised not to do medicals during the menstruation period.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Results are typically available within 24–48 hours and uploaded directly to the GCC portal.
